Coach Mike Peyton

Coach Mike has been a certified personal trainer for the last 5 years. He got his CPT from ISSA in 2020 during the pandemic, and has been training people since 2022 at M-power gym in Vandalia.

Coach Mike has been surrounded by health and fitness since he was 12 when some kid at a random basketball court told him he looked like Forest Gump before he went into the military, and since that time Mike has been dedicated to his own fitness journey and was inspired by his mentors to help others do the same.

Mike is a certified personal trainer (CPT), a specialist in strength and conditioning (SCE), and has earned his Physical Therapist assistant (PTA) license. Mike is specialized to help you achieve all your goals whether that’s to live a long pain free life, to build strength, or to get as swole as possible.

Ally Peyton

Ally (wife to Michael) will be joining PFC in the summer of 2025 as marketing, recipe development, women and children’s fitness consultant, and first time mom. She has been in the fitness circle since high school when she noticed a need for strength training to improve her ballet technique and stamina. She has been lifting, running, swimming, or stretching ever since!

Ally is an early childhood educator by trade and education, so working with children is her specialty. Developing a love of movement is important to Ally, whether you’re 2 or 82. Ally is also passionate about women picking up weights without pressure and with a goal that is more than just seeing a smaller number on a scale.

When it comes to convenient, nutritious, protein dense meals (that aren’t just adding a scoop of protein powder to everything) Ally is your girl! You can expect solid recipes from her that are simple, delicious, and budget friendly.
