Traditional Personal training where you get the one on one attention of your coach with highly individualized programming that meets your goals and addresses that deficits that you may have. This comes with many other things like:

  • Health and Fitness Coaching

  • Nutrition guidance

  • 24-48hr response time of your coach

  • Customized exercises programming to meet and address your goals

  • 1-3 sessions per week

Fitness Consulting

$100/Month

Instead of the traditional model of Personal training where you meet with your coach multiple times or once per week this option allows for you to meet with your coach one time per month, so if you’re a more experienced lifter, or you just don’t like the idea of someone being right there when you’re working out then Fitness Consultation is your best friend.

You meet with your coach once a month to check in and get guidance on programming, nutrition guidance, or whatever you need to achieve your goals.

Custom Exercise Programs

$200

Don’t want a coach watching you while you work out, but still want the expertise of a fitness professional? Then this is for you. A custom program includes a call with your coach to asses what your goals are and then a program is built to specifically address them.

  • Two phone calls with your Coach

  • 24-48hr response time from your coach (within one week of purchase)
